1 Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "You") and Mughlai Ballimaran ("Restaurant", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website (ballimaran.weffit.store), digital menus, online ordering desk, and counter takeaway services at Anupshahr Road, Aligarh.

By browsing our site, placing an order via our web platform or WhatsApp, or picking up food from our takeaway counter, you expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with all terms herein.

2 Counter Takeaway & Ordering Rules

Our operational model is focused on Self-Takeaway & Live Counter Pickup, alongside advance party catering orders:

• Self-Takeaway Service: All orders booked on the portal or via hotline are prepared for collection at our counter near FM Tower, Anupshahr Road, Aligarh. (Note: We do not offer table reservation/dine-in seating booking).
• Accurate Customer Information: You must supply an active, valid Indian mobile number. All pickup alerts, order confirmation IDs, and receipt links are transmitted via WhatsApp and SMS.
• Prompt Collection: Our Purani Dilli Nihari and freshly baked Khamiri Rotis are at their peak flavor and texture when hot. Customers are encouraged to collect orders within 15–25 minutes of the estimated pickup readiness notification.
• Order Verification: Please inspect your sealed tamper-evident containers and verify your order slip against your digital receipt at the counter before departing.

To honor 19th-century royal degh slow-cooking traditions, our culinary operations run on strict daily sessions:

4 Menu Pricing & Daily Artisanal Availability

• Pricing: All item prices are listed in Indian National Rupees (₹ / INR). Any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is computed transparently on the order screen and receipt.
• Daily Degi Batches: Because authentic Nihari cannot be mass-produced with shortcuts, our daily deghs are limited in volume. Items are offered on a "served fresh until degh sells out" basis.
• Substitutions or Unfulfilled Dishes: In the rare event that bone marrow (nalli), paya, or specific cuts run out before your scheduled pickup, our counter will promptly contact you to offer a fresh alternative or an instant refund.

5 100% Halal Guarantee & Food Quality

We maintain uncompromising standards of purity, culinary heritage, and dietary compliance:

• 100% Halal Certified: All meats (tender buff shanks, marrow bones, and poultry) are strictly sourced from certified Halal slaughterhouses adhering to Islamic dietary laws (Zabiha Halal).
• Pure Ingredients: We cook in pure cow desi ghee and cold-pressed oils with stone-ground raw spices. We never use artificial food dyes, industrial MSG, or meat tenderizers.
• Open Kitchen Transparency: Our preparation and packaging area operates with 100% visible transparency so every patron can witness hygiene and craftsmanship.

6 Payment Methods & Verification

Orders may be settled using the following approved methods:

• Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Instant payment via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or bank UPI to our verified restaurant UPI ID.
• Cash at Counter: Settled in INR currency notes upon order pickup.

Orders paid via UPI are confirmed once the transaction reference ID is recorded or verified on our billing desk.

7 Intellectual Property Rights

All brand elements, including the trade name Mughlai Ballimaran, the brand crest logo, culinary literature, recipe descriptions, custom photography, digital layout, and website software code, are the proprietary intellectual property of Mughlai Ballimaran and its proprietors.

Copying, reproducing, scraping, or redistributing our branding, menu materials, or digital assets without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and actionable under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.

8 Customer Conduct & Prohibited Actions

To ensure safety, harmony, and mutual respect, customers agree not to:

• Place bogus, frivolous, or fraudulent orders intended to abandon hot food.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward counter staff or kitchen ustaads.
• Attempt to disrupt our website infrastructure, alter pricing parameters, or exploit billing bugs.

We reserve the right to decline service or blacklist telephone numbers engaged in repeated fraudulent ordering.

9 Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure utmost food hygiene, tamper-evident packaging, and accurate orders, our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total rupee amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

Mughlai Ballimaran is not liable for deterioration in food quality resulting from prolonged delays by the customer in picking up or consuming hot food after handover.

10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any transaction dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India.
